• The Church needs renewal. God has called us to serve on the front lines of this battle for renewal, reaching women and men on college campuses where faith is absent.

• Coronavirus has reduced support from parishes and dioceses. We are growing at a time when the institutional Church is declining. In 2018 our diocesan partners funded 60% of our operating expenses; today they fund 40%.

• There is no “Plan B.” As religious Brothers, we don’t have jobs on the side.

1. More Brothers:  Grow our Brotherhood by 20% by training young men. Our training includes spiritual and character formation, campus ministry skills, full-time “spiritual boot camp” and academic study.

2. Mission Fund: Build momentum by reaching more students at existing campuses with limited diocesan support.

3. More Universities: Expand the mission to another major university. Currently, we work in a population of 240,000 students. Expanding to another university will bring our outreach to 300,000 students.

• Reaching out: We win respect on secular college campuses by meeting students on their own turf through sports, service and social activities.
• Creating community: We build environments where students encounter Christ by offering the Sacraments, Bible studies, retreats and prayer groups at our Catholic Centers.

• Training leaders: We coach students to evangelize their peers, equipping them in the vocation where God calls them to renew the Church.
