  Donations of appreciated securities or mutual funds help us in our mission to evangelize on secular college campuses while also offering tax benefits to you.

  You are eligible for a charitable income tax deduction on the fair market value of the securities on the date of transfer.
  
  You pay no capital gains tax on securities you donate that you’ve held for more than one year.
  
  Donating securities can help you rebalance your portfolio.
  
  How to make a securities transfer
  
  Please notify the Brotherhood of your securities transfer by emailing [email protected]. Your personal notification will allow us to identify and promptly acknowledge your gift. Without you notifying us, we will have no way of linking you to the securities transfer.
  
  To transfer your shares held with your broker directly to the Brotherhood of Hope Inc. brokerage account, provide your broker/advisor with the following information:
